As the title says, websites are indeed dynamic in this day and time. A website that is static without information being updated, has no chance of making money or even attracting that much traffic. Unless, if it was an established website with important information that never changes, but even that get's boring and doesn't allow people to revisit the site.

So, what websites have the most potential to attract visitors and keep them coming? Well, has to be dynamic sites, such as blogs and forums. Blogs filled with content, which is always renewed by new posts and even comments made by readers. Forums that are active and communities that are large and make many posts and threads.

For blogs you can use a free online script such as Wordpress from http://wordpress.org and for forums, you are more than welcome to use Simple Machines Forum (SMF) located at http://simplemachines.org

Both of these two free online scripts have potential and a strong community and establishment. Both will allow you to start a site that will hopefully be dynamic and filled with content. But, don't be ignorant and think that it will happen magically, you MUST provide the content. In a blog, you must be willing to post up new content every day or at least three times a week. Remember, the more you post, the more likely you'll be noticed by search engines and attract people.

For forums, you must be willing to stick to it. Because making communities is very hard and you must be the first one to always contribute to discussions and start discussions. If a forum is empty, the luck of you getting visitors and building a community, is unlikely to happen.
